Combining Servisional’s expertise on Business Process Management and Comtech’s expertise on M2M makes it possible to integrate M2M with CRM / BPM and this three-way convergence creates a whole new platform of business automation that can bring significant value to organisations in the areas of cost of operations and higher levels of customer service.
Servisional use Comtech’s µWEAVE remote monitoring platform to enhance their VISION Business Application Software. It enables their clients to ‘extend their workplace beyond the office’ through remote-access and mobile computing to on-site equipment.
