Remote access to machines
Gain remote access to Ethernet devices with mobile telemetry routing products to create standalone networks and remove customer dependancies

Ethernet communication is integrated on to many machines and equipment, however if customers restrict remote access across their network at a remote site, how can you access its status information? There is a need to create networking independant of the end user in order to gain full control.
Problem
Customers networks operate a firewall to prevent un-authorised access from "the outside world", where IT departments are often reluctant to allow 3rd parties to utilise it for their equipment. Even if permitted, there is a dependency on the end customer to aid installation.
Solution
Create a stand-alone network, which is remotely accessible: -
- The µWEBox GSM GPRS eRouter - provides wireless mobile connectivity between central and remote sites for remote access.
- The µWEBox PSTN eRouter - provides dial up connectivity to the equipments own standalone network using PSTN and the Internet to connect to the remote site.
These mobile and fixed-line telemetry routers provide an Internet Point of Presence to obtain information when it is needed.
