extralive is a hosted web-based software service. It eliminates the need for server investment, software installation, complex networks and lengthy system integration in favour of a pay-as-you-use model. This is often referred to as a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
Technical support and maintenance
Tier 1 support and maintenance is offered to ensure all images are delivered. The dedicated support team will contact sites where units have been powered down, respond to alarm conditions and resolve any problems.
