Managing Director − Sean Keenan

Sean qualified as a chartered accountant in 1993 with Ernst & Young and spent six years in the firm's audit and corporate finance departments. He joined the Hutchinson Smith Group plc in 1996 and played a pivotal role in supporting the acquisitions and integration of five businesses within a two year period. Sean has over 10 years experience of senior management positions.

Marketing Director − Steve Whitehead

Steve is responsible for Comtech's overall M2M strategy, including remote asset monitoring and digital signage. He played a instrumental role in migrating Comtech to become a pioneering M2M technology company. Steve has a background in electronic design with GEC Telecommunication, Technel and Gandalf. He has a degree in electronics from UMIST and over 25 years experience in embedded data communications and the IT industry.

Engineering Director − Jonathan Shires

Jonathan is responsible for Comtech's product line from concept through to production. He has a 1st class Honours degree from Leeds University and has spent over 25 years in design and applications at Farnell Electronics Components Limited and Harris Semiconductor.

Purchasing & Manufacturing Director− Rowland Barnes

Rowland is responsible for the total supply chain in both the Retail and Communications divisions. His 20 year experience within the electronics market covers procurement and material roles within ICL, Celastica (formerly known as D2D) and was a Senior Negotiator at Pace MicroTechnology plc. He has a Business Studies Degree from Sheffield.

Sales Director − Ian Ward

Ian joined Comtech in 2007 and is responsible for Comtech's sales activities. He has 16 years experience of senior sales, marketing and commercial roles principally with Pace MicroTechnology plc.

Finance Director - Howard Standen

Howard qualified as a chartered accountant in 1994. He joined Comtech from MEN Media Ltd, a £90 million turnover subsidiary of the Guardian Media Group, where he held the position of Finance Director. Howard has responsibility for managing all Comtech's finances.
